ALBINO BOX TURTLE

targe Aug 03, 2004 12:42 PM

A friend has two hatchling albinos (eastern from the deep south) from a clutch of 7 (that hatched). 3 weeks old and just started eating. What would be a fair market value for them? I'm not shopping them around on this forum: I'm wanting to buy them for myself and don't really know what the current value would be. Advice appreciated.

Also, any advice on special needs for albinos? I would have thought they'd be more fragile but they're actually two of the larger ones in the bunch.

The value on the albinos would be $2.00 each and being the nice guy I am, I will pay you $5.00 for the pair as soon as they are old enough to travel : )

Just kidding no idea on the value of albinos.

I am prett sure the price will be up in the thousands. If I ever hatched out albinos, I wouldn't be able to part with them! That guy is so lucky to have had two hatch out! I would love to get my hands on the parents as well. hehe
