About the C. bicintores and C. collaris pair...

I think I read correctly. You're trying to hybridize them? Hybridization between the two species occurs naturally in Arizona, correct?

It's supposed to be "bicinctores." Please ignore that

hey Fabian, according to the peterson field guide both sub species do overlap northern arizona and western utah. but when i purchased them they were both supposed to be bicinctores.
