Hi, My first dragon is coming tomorrow and have few questions. First, when I take it out of the box and put in it's new home should I turn on the lights and spray him with water? Also when should I try and feed him the next day or right away.Thanks.

Let it warm up for an hour or so, then offer a soak. Warm water, only shoulder high for about 10min. Then offer food.
Don't panic if it doesn't eat right away. They can sometimes hold back for up to a week. It is stressful to move to a new home.
Keep fresh veggies in at all times. Only offer crickets 2 - 3 times a day. Only as many as they can eat in 10min. Do not leave the crickets in their cage. They will bother the dragon & can even chew holes in them. Nothing bigger than the distance of the space between their eyes.
Good luck.

Coming some day.

Give it two to three hours before any lighting comes on. Let it become accustomed to the new surroundings. You can try offering food a few hours after arrival, but the next day wont hurt. As far as watering, just keep a bowl of water in there on arrival. Dont spray it down right away, give it a few hours.
