Daytona is always the biggest in the country... I'd imagine the list of vendors is insanely huge. I've never been there before though so I can't say for sure.

I go every year, as I dont live far away. There will be 1000s of leopards there, ranging in prices from $5 to probably well over $5000. I don't honestly think you have the time to see each and every one. So I don't think you have any worries on finding one.

As for the show I'm looking for snow phase leos as well as others. I'm getting back into leos after about a 8 year layoff so it will be enjoyable to go to Daytona. Last time there was when they held the show in Orlando.
