handle them gently and as little as possible. using a pensil, lightly number the eggs so they can be but back in their original position and put a check on the top of eaqch egg so that you know which way should face upward. Also while you are carrying the egg be sure to keep each one upright! churning the contents of the egg is not a good thing. Hope this helps.
