Green Colombian Iguana

Howitser Aug 03, 2004 10:17 PM

Without really being able to identify exactly what species this might be (saw the iguana at a pet store), what's a rough idea how large it will grow? Right now it's about 8-10", in the store display cage, looks like a 20 long.

Thanks!

Howard

it is a regular green iguana.. it will grow from any where to 5-7 feet long... they require a big cage... my new cage will be 8 feet long 4 feet deep and 8 feet tall. they are a very high matenance reptile.. if this is your first reptile i suggest you get a bearded dragon or leopard gecko.. iguanas are not for a beginer..
