Ok Situation here.
Sending a snake to someone. Person Emails back 12 hours after signing and recieving snake that "IT ARRIVED DEAD" and demands their money back.
No written or spoken contract. No Live arrival Guarantee stated, EVER.
Person who recieved snake says they contacted UPS and told them that seller sent a live animal via UPS. Buyer Paid for all shipping costs.
What could happen through this? What legally can be done to the shipper and buyer?
Should the buyer recieve money back paid for snake after recieving the snake and not contacting via email or phone for over 12 hours?
