Hatchling to adult color change...

iluvblackfrancis Aug 04, 2004 12:48 AM

Do adults have the same coloring as babies? I've been looking at pictures of adult burms, and their colors don't seem as bright as my baby's. Is it just pictures or do adults really lose the brightness? The only adults I've seen in person have been albino.

most adults will lose the color that they have as babies. I dont know that the brightness fades, as they change color. The dark brown squares on babies change to a darker greenish brown, and the light brown between changes a bit. Some adults do retain most of their baby colors, but most will lose it.
