Help! She ate an orange cube! (Fluckers)

I feed my leos in a seperate cricket container, and one of them accidentaly grabbed one of the cricket orange cubes by mistake. Rather than spitting it out, though, she ate the whole thing down! Now I'm worried about what it will do to her. Does she need a vet visit? Now? Should I just watch her and see if she poops?
