I have been ordering from Armstrong because of their quality. I was tired of so many die-offs, counts, & some of the smells that some of the other places send. lol Really, I have gotten some that just reek (crickets and supers). Armstrong isn't the cheapest but they more than make up for it in quality & count, & now customer service!
I received an order of 1500, crickets on Sat. & today most are dead. (first time I've seen this with Armstrong) They didn't all die overnight, they have been dropping since they arrived. Anyway, they were soooo nice & professional on the phone & there are more on their way.

Just thought I would share my experience with them, to you.

Oh.. many people don't realize that they have a branch in GA. so shipping here to FL is great, as I'm sure it would be good to most of the east coast. It's kind of hard to find the GA link from the main site but I think it's in the Contact page. Yup, I just verified it. I'll include a link too.

I pay about half as much through reptilefood.com and their service is also very good. I've had a few die-offs when using 2-day shipping in hot/cold weather. Even if most of the shipment dies, they usually replace the whole thing. When feeding a bunch of babies, $19/1,000 is a huge difference from $10/1,000.

I've also ordered from superwormfarm.com... they also have excellent service, but have been inconsistent with the proper size crickets.
