Behavior Question

Hello.
I have two dragons, one male, one female. I like to get them out of their enclosers to run around the room and explore. I have only ever let one at a time out. I just wanted to know if I could ever let the two of them out at the same time. The males cage is on the floor and sometimes when I let the other one out she goes up to his cage and they both try to go through the plexi-glass to get at each other. I'm assuming this is some of territorial thing. If I take them into a different room to explore will they bother with each other since it's neither of their territories? I hate it when they are both scratching to come out and I have to pick one or the other.

How old are they?

They will most likely breed if they are of age. They are not social animals. They do not want to "hang out" together.
If they aren't interested in breeding then there will be some sort of a "fight". They will try to establish a hierarchy. One will be dominant & that's how it is. It may not lead to injury but that's the risk you'll be facing.

It's your call.
