I have recently accquired a blue light and a red light from someone who had lizards. I was wondering if I would have any use for these for my WTF or a Pacman frog?
Thanks in advance!

Are the lights incandscent of flourescent?
I'm pretty sure that they are incandescent, as they are lightbulbs and not tubes. Although, I am not 100% positive. They were free so if I can't use them, no big deal!
Thanks for your help!
Incandescents will probably bump the temperature of the cage too high for the frog. The frog should be kept in the mid 70s as a good basic range and these lights throw too much heat.

The lights you speak of are incandscent. Depending on your size tank, they will most likely put out too much heat. I would not use them if your temperature is already at the optimum range. You may have use for them at night come winter.
I think I will only use them during the winter months. The temp is fine now, but my house is kind of drafty so I think that they'll be useful when it gets cold out.
Thank you for all your responses!
what wattage are the bulbs ?
just wondering cos a lot of lizards like to be really hot, i use 60watt bulbs for getting my beardies temps upto over 100 F on his basking spot so they may push the temps up WAY to much
try testing it with a digital thermometer and u will know if its ok to use or not
