Hi, i am making a cage that is about 12 by 20. I have some easterns, and i just ordered 2 three toed. Is it ok to keep them together and will they breed. Like will the babies be deformed or just a mixed breed. And is it ok to mix breed?

They're not really "breeds" in the sense that people talk of dog breeds--they're subspecies of Terrapene carolina. The offspring wouldn't be "hybrids" so much as "intergrades" which, depending on the original locales of the parent stock, may or may not resemble something occurring naturally in the wild.
