Reptisun 5.0 vs Iguana Light (same thing?)

Quick question hope for quick reply:
Aren't these lightbulbs exactly the same with different boxes so the company could sell more? Cause my local petstore doesn't carry any reptisun 5.0's in the correct size but has tons of these iguana lights.

Yes, they both produce the same amount of UVB.
