Is this FLAT stomach normal?...He is also not eating

Bloods have the ability to widen themselves as a defense. I noticed in the pic that he was doing this. Just keep him hydrated and undisturbed for 5-7 days. Drape something over his cage so he can't see out and get disturbed my movements. And try feeding in a week. Make sure his waterbowl is big enough to fit his enitire body and let us know if he ate or not.
Good luck,
Josh

Bloods flatten out when scared, especially when small. If he is always like that, I can't answer that one.As of eating, just give it time, he'll eventually take one.Just leave him alone, not picking him up and leave him a fresh kill by his hide out over night.Make sure temps and humidity are all good also.Good luck.
I have had him for about 4 days now. His stomach always seems to be flat I tried feeding him live and fresh killed...but nothing. He is very sweet tempered...no hissing, striking, or biting. I will give him another week.

When you bought him, what did the breeder say he was eating and how often? Since these concerns have arisen, have you re-contacted the breeder to discuss these issues?

I have had the same problem. My sumatran blood looks almost identical to your sumatran/borneo (?).
He is somewhat of a picky eater. He ate the first week i had him, a single mouse. Then he did not eat for a month and a half, when i tried feeding him every weekend. He would "walk" over to the mouse(i killed to be safe) and sniff at it, and rub his face on it, but never opened up.
For some reason i felt kinda frustrated and decided to just leave the mouse in with him because i was worried he wasn't growing very quickly and such. After about a half hour of having the mouse sitting in the tank dead, and the lights off, i noticed he ate the mouse (i can only imagine it was getting hard and nasty, but hey... some like their steak rare, others like well done)
You may try that. I also got mine a mister because he was making weird noises before without it, and my vet suggested one. he's been fine since. he just doesn't eat much. still just about 1-2 mice a month, unlike my ball python that eats ~18-20/month.
