my friend had a golden gecko and then she took in a stray cat and he loved the gecko and often broke into the cage with the gecko. so I took the gecko to insure its safety. I read all the info that I could find on it b/c its the first lizard Ive ever had. now its about 4 mounts later and his health is deteriating fast and I dont know what else to do. I have bought crickets that he dont eat that often maybe one a week so I tried some baby food and he'll likr my finger a couple of times and thats it. he wont eat the baby food from a dish. and about1 month ago he started taking what looked like seizures or maybe muscle spasems. knowing a little about lizards i figured it was caused b/c of a lack of calcium so I addd a little extra calcium to his diet by buying the liquid supplement diluting it in water and forsing him the drink by putting it on his nose. he seemed to get a little better and started eating a little more by this week its moch worse this morning when I got up he was belly up in the tank but still breathing so I picked him up ans rubed him gently to make him respond. now hes just lid in the tank and he wont even respond to me putting water in his nose. I really think hes going to die I need some help fast Kelly
