bad shed

hi im pretty new to ball pythons but have had experience with iguanas and other herps
as for my ball python setup i have 2 hides one in the warm end one in the cool side and a couple little assecories. The temp in the warm side is 90-100 and in the cool side its 80-90. anyways my python finished shedding and i was looking at him and he still has a couple of spots which didnt shed off.what im i supposed to do to get them off. thx any help would be great

You can lower the temps a bit, increase the humidity (spray, bigger water bowl, etc.)

You can also soak the BP for a few minutes in some warm (not hot) water. I have done that and been successful. Good luck.

You didn't mention the humidity level. Do you have a humidity gauge? I usually keep the humidity in the cage, during shed, 70-78%. I would also lower the hot side to 90-95 degrees.
