I had nice babies hatch, six were amel, three normals. The father is an amel corn, and the mother a pretty coastal cal king.

These are two of the prettier ones, I like the one with the face on his head, looks to me like a surprised dude with a goatee

I'm keeping these two males, the amel has a kinked tail.

I think they are very pretty for F1's.
I'm going to breed the amel to my anery corn, and the normal het amel to my normal het amel corn.

Your initial pairing of the amel corn to the coastal king is very similar to the one I did(amel corn x banded cal king). It is interesting to see the different results that can be produced in these crosses. I plan to mate my keeper jungles back together to bring out a zigzag pattern and high red.
