Whats a good python breeding project?

ttreptile1 Jun 23, 2003 02:56 PM

I may be getting around $1200 fairly shortly and am looking for a new snake breeding project to start up. I am familar with GTPs, ATBs, Balls and have bred Balls and ATBs before. I was wondering if you guys might have an idea of a good project that 1200 would buy me? I was considering Womas, but one snake alone will cost me that unless I get new borns. I want to avoid high humidty, elaborate enclosure type snakes (ATBs, ETBs, GTPs). Let me know what you think..

It all depends on what's your favorite. You've always gotta keep your mind wanting something. What do you want? If I got $1200 to spend on a breeding project, I'd get as many Moluccan Pythons as I could find. They are gonna be a huge thing once captive reproduction gets perfected. Also for the advanced keeper. So the answer is, whatever you have your eyes on. Good luck,
Josh
