Crickets should make up the staple diet. African clawed frogs can eat pellets and other non-live food items. A 10gallon should be sufficient to house two or three of these. Also i hope you are letting the frogs/toads you catch from the wild go b/c amphibian populations are declining and it doesen't help when they are removed. good luck

African Clawed frogs do best in groups and need 7-10 gallons of water per frog. African Dwarf frogs on the otehr hand, do great in groups, also can survive on a pelleted diet, and require only one gallon per frog.
So you might be best getting some african dwarf frogs. For any questions on those or african clawed frogs I recommend the yahoo group for them, Froggy Friends is a great place to learn a lot about frogs.

I all actual reality if you can feed crickets then maybe a uromastx or other vegitarian lizard would be a much better choice, this is because there are only about 4-5 spiecies of frogs or any other amphib that will eat more than live food.
