It's 1:08 Am and I'm super tired. For the life of me I can't find instructions on how to serve the premium blend cricket gutload. I know some here use it, could you tell me please.

i put a dish of it in my cricket container, which i change out weekly. to be sure theyre eating it, i take a couple moist slices of carrots and roll them around in the powder until theyre nicely coated. the crickets go for the carrot slices right away and are forced to ingest the powdered stuff as well.

forgot to mention: i only keep about 50-100 crickets at a time. depending on how many crickets you keep at once, you may want to change the dish out more often. they dont seem to mind taking a crap in their food, and i cant imagine cricket crap is a nutritional gutload.

i would like to hear if anyone has a different method though.
