moving to the west coast.... HELP!

vidaartera Aug 06, 2004 07:40 AM

I'm back to southern california for college and want to bring my year old leo with me. I'm flying continental and having all my things shipped. the airline im on allows caged pets on board for a pet surcharge. i was wondering what type of cage set up would be best. i have no idea what to do and im leaving in less than 2 weeks. Any advice would be appreciated.

If a deli cup dosen't seem sturdy enough get a small rubber maid container and drill holes in the side for air, my friend did this when he moved from Washington to New York and his leo gecko seem to just fine.

. . . doesn't matter.

By the way - none of them died or got sick. Several of them got caught in shipping delays for 3 days and were fine.

Deli cups are great - if you are worried about it bouncing around - put the deli in a shoe box filled with crumpled paper to cushion it.
