Feeding questions PLEASE HELP!!!

I want to eventually switch my baby gaters over to pinkies but im not to sure how. they were just born and are eating earthworms. What else should i feed them or can i just give them earthworms then switch them over to pinkies when they reach size??

I'd keep them on worms, when they get around 8 inches in length, they can take down a pinky mouse. It's easy to scent them, just rub a worm on a pinky, make sure to get some worm slime on it
