Nemex dewormer?

hi, got back from the vet today, and i didnt get pancur as expected, but got a very diluted vile of Nemex instead, i looked it up online, and it looks like it is used as a dewormer for dogs. i guess i am going to have to give it a try, anyone else use this stuff before?
