If you were talking to me I got it at a local pet store here in Sweden. And I also know that another local petstore has one that looks almost the same.

Uh oh; better not let Benny know she has relatives in Sweden. She might expect me to buy her a plane ticket. Who would want to sit next to a frog on a plane anyway?

This is a big female that I got years ago. She spends 90% of her life buried in her tank, and eats nightcrawlers about once a month.

This was Azure, my C. Ornata. Sadly, he died of "redleg" less than a week after I got him.

Your setup looks nice, well-planted & quite moist. Are you using live moss? How do you keep things from molding?

Sometimes I use live moss. Usually I use moss to quarantine animals for a while. I have the impression that the animals appreciate the soft and moist moss. It's my way of giving them a treat...

Without the appropriate conditions (light etc) moss will start to mold and has to be changed in maximal a month. The moss I use with Pac man frogs and tomatofrogs are remains from redecorating the vivaria with poison dart frogs.

This is Mobuddha, my Cranwell horned frog. He's never even lunged at me before, which is untypical of pacmans. He loves to eat and is only a few months old. I rescued him from a Petsmart, where he was the only one there and was being kept in a tiny little betta cup. He's a lot bigger now and is much happier now that he has his own ten gallon tank.
