Is $20k too much for an Albino Indian Star?

onlinepets Jun 23, 2003 04:38 PM

I have seen an offer of $20k each for 1 pair of Albino Indian Star and was wondering if anyone knows whether this is a very low price for it. I was thinking of only buying one and the seller is considering it and prefers to sell them as a pair, so I was wondering if there is any interested parties out there. Thanks. PS, if you know that this price is above the market price, please let me know. Thanks again.

I wasn't aware that anyone has produced albino Stars yet.
Where did you see them?
Do you have a link, or a web address, or pics?

Thanks
Steve

I have heard of them for sale in Thailand. Not sure of the price but it was for hatchlings and far cheaper than 20k I am sure. Are these adults?
Best wishes,
Mike

I have heard about them too, but unfortunatly no pics to date, I have been breeding stars for 6 years and I am really interested in aquiring them but to no avail. As for the price, I was told by a couple of friends that it cost somewhere in that region. I personally would like to get one, lol, if you got the pics and if it exist, I would like to hear from you. Hi Mike... By any chance are you able to contact your friend in thailand and see if it is available? Thanks.
