Ackie Enclosure (Feedback on Suitability)

I am almost finished with my Ackie cage. It is 4x2x2. It is made from hardwood plywood. It has a solid top with mesh holes for the lights. There is a glass front, and mesh vents on the sides. The bottom is 1/2 solid wood, which I plan to cover with cypress mulch. The other half is 24 inches deep, and will be filled with substrate. That gives a 2x2x2 burrowing area. I have two questions. Is the burrowing area sufficient, and is the cage large enough for 3 monitors, or should I only order 2?

Also with the height to the ground of the cage being 24 inches, can someone please suggest what wattage heat lamp to get and the length and type of UV Flourescent? Thanks in advance.
