Posted a few weeks ago asking about RWS - Thanks to Greg and others for great advice. Wow - what a neat place. Anyone in Orlando should make the trek over to St Cloud and check out Mr Van Horn and his operation. Forget Mickey Mouse for one day (think about the f/t mice ) A great day in Orlando was RWS and Airboat ride checking gator nest.

Spoke to Mr Van Horn for a while and he is a great guy with a TON of knowledge. Kids got to handle a large indigo and they enjoyed that. Great snake display, all 4 mamba's, huge cottonmouth, several naja's, etc. Best part is Mr Van Horn milking the snakes, 3 each of 5 species. Day I was there - Coral, EDB, Copperhead, Cottonmouth and Naja. He also feed the Corals (like Bill Haast's setup with "caulk gun" I have a bunch of pic's but will post 3 (in 3 post for dial up folks) Through the glass so a little glare.

Glad you enjoyed the visit, Frank. Yeah, George is a heckuva guy. Nice clean displays of healthy animals. If you visit on a Sunday, you'll see the king cobras get "milked".
