I know this question over-simplifies things, but I am looking for a way to heat large enclosures.

How large of an enclosure? How high is it? What is the cage made from? What is the room temperature where the cage is? And, what kind of animal will you be keeping in the cage?
There are many variables to consider. That's why I call Pro Products when I have a new cage size and want to get the proper PP panel for the job. PP's customer service can't be beat; they will answer all of your questions.
