Acrylic cage building question...please help?

Can anyone give me web addy's for buying and working with acrylic and pvc?

Have you tried google? There are numerous websites and forum posts about building acrylic aquaria that I have found helpful. Unfortunately, I don't have any of them bookmarked.

Try some of these keywords/phrases in google. Phrases should be in quotes when you search. Don't use all of them at once.

Regarding PVC, there's not a lot out there. Some basics at the link below. If I were to build from expanded PVC I would use the 1"x1" PVC corner angle available from US Plastics at all junctions. I would use tiny spring clamps to hold everything in place and then use the water-thin PVC solvent from IPS and injection it along these joints. I believe it's IPS Weld-On 2007.

This would essentially mimic a surface to surface bond which is incredibly strong for this material.

But the link below suggests regular old cyanoacrylate.
