How many times a day does a baby Aussie WD need to be fed? Can you mix it up as well, i.e., crickets in the morning, fruit during the day, etc? Thanks.

Aussie WDs are very similar to Chinese WDs. MOST of the time the only difference is humidity/temp requirements...but for lizards, almost the same rule goes in feeding. Any "baby" type lizard should be fed 2-3 times daily. I've just experimented with mine. With my WDs (2 chinese and 1 aussie), I feed them once a day...but I tried every other day and they acted like they were starving. My beardies eat almost 3 times a day and they're 4 months old. So for now, feed at least twice a day. As far as diet goes, you can mix it up, but I would recommend feeding crickets mainly. If you can get a wd to eat veggies/fruits, kudos to you. It's harder in the agamid (I say "agamid" very loosely) to get them to eat veggies. Veggies/fruits only make up a small amount of the diet in wds...so veggies/fruits a couple of times per week is what I would recommend. I hope this helps.
