This is a sibling to the boa pictured above. It also has the stripe tail, but was the only one to come out with this marbled pattern. Very strange looking. Has anyone seen this pattern before?

Nice snakes that you have. IMO on tail stripes, and genetics:
It may be that they are genetic, but in my litters, there's always a few with this tail stripe, sometimes up to half of the babies. I think that it's somewhat common to have some this way. I'd be breeding one of these back to the father (for genetics sake), and see what you get, always fun. Again , nice pics. I like the marbled looking one.
