back river reptiles has a pretty good caresheet on these animals, Also you can do a search on them as well, I personally have 3 crosses all the info i have read is pretty much the same as argus monitors, I keep my lizards 80-95 with a basking spot above 100, i keep them around 65% humidity with a large water bowl, that they sometimes soak in. I use cypress mulch as a substrate with about 4-6 inches of depth, with plenty of stuff for them to burrow under. Im feeding them mice, hoppers, crickets, superworms, and f/t ground turkey with vitamin supplements, i also use gut loading for all my feeders. This may not be correct but it is what i do and my animals are all healthy, alert and active. these are truly great animals and you will have alot of enjoyment with them.
Are yours somewhat "tame"? How big are they how much food do you give them and how frequertly?
Thanks
