BABY BANKA RESPITORY INF.

biggworm Aug 08, 2004 02:06 AM

Yeah,I botched up the temps and my baby banka started blowing bubbles through her nose.I was upset of course, but I just put her in a smaller cage with no humidity, raised the temps 85/90 and today it dried up.Still keeping an eye on her just to make sure.WEEEWWPH...what a scare.

Thats weird it cleared up so quickly. Were you handling her when she was bubbling out of her nose. Also aren't you supposed to crank up the humidity along with the temps with a RI.

Hey Fish, how are you hope everythings fine.Anyway,I was handling her when she was blowing bubbles through her nose.I have had experience last winter when my BIG male got R.I. Raised temps, lowered humidity and he cleared right up in less than a week,no antiobotics anything. He kinda had it bad too, open mouth breathing and bubbles.I get so mad at myself for letting it happen, not to mention spooked.
