Don't buy any from him, and tell everyone else you know to not buy from him. This needs to stop! Those poor babies, most of them will likely die. There is an epidemic going on right now, it needs to stop.

oh no i wont buy any from anybody!!! whats wrong with them? all i know is that i seen them before and been told that they are illegal to sell here. I WILL NOT LET ANYONE BUY THEM and if i see him again i will call the cops.

There is nothing wrong with the turtles, it is just the fact that there are a lot of people selling baby turtles and they make people think that : 1, they will not grow much bigger. 2, they are inexpensive to keep. 3, that they make good pets...for children!
Most of those poor babies are going to die because of people who just want to make money and don't care about animals. If everyone stops buying these babies, then the sellers will have to stop selling. It is very sad...
