Hi,
Thank you for your concern. Just an odd reflection from a little stub on the branch she is on. Look at the branch tip just below her head for a comparison. The branch tip is more apparent in the uncompressed image.
This is not the first time I've been surprised by odd reflections in images. This is partly due to the branches themselves. After the branches were dried they were coated with multiple layers of semi-gloss polyurethane to limit mold formation. They reflect more light than desired - probably should have used flat.
