Water Turtle Question....

I recently inherited a baby water turtle from a friend. I was going to take him to the lake but my son feel in love with him.
What do these guys eat? And what sort of habitat should I set up for this little guy? Any comments will be most helpful!

depending on size.... 15-35 gallon. er whatever. rubbermaid.

Statrt him on tiny crickets, live blackworms, red worms, and bits of cooked fish.

Add pellets (if at all) later.

If you can get us a picture, we can possibly ID him.
