Overhead Basking Light Question?

Hi all, my name is Mike & I'm a relative "newbie" to the Uromastyx world! I have an enclosure that measures 48" x 20" x 20" & I have seen pictures of people that are using some sort of porcelain fixture to house their basking spot. I cannot seem to locate these anywhere! These are not the external "clip-on" type, they appear to be an "internal" fixture that I can screw into the top of my enclosure. From pictures that I've seen, it appears to be a porclain socket only that a "tight beam" basking spot screws into pointing directly down. Are these "homemade" fixtures or can they be purchased, ready to plug-in & install?
