I like Tek-Fresh. In the past I have tried various others and my snakes stay clean on Tek-Fresh. The company that makes Tek-Fresh, Harlan, has a line of aspen that is supposed to be very good (clean). I haven't tried it, yet. The bags are supposed to be huge and reasonably priced.

I just got some snakes from John Cherry and some were on Tek-Fresh and others on aspen. So the aspen is surely OK or a large breeder wouldn't use it.
