Slugs are destroying my Dahlias (flowers) Can I feed my turts some slugs as a treat? ~As I would say, crix or minnows? I know they have eaten any snails I put in the tank for them.

(My garden is 110% chemical free.)

Thanks, Guess I will give them a few of the plant munching freaks! I will definately put little dishes of beer by the Dahlias. The other day, I must have picked off at least 25, from all of my plants. They are neat little creatures, but there is a whole forest to eat, why do they have to eat my garden???

My mom hates slugs. One year we found the huge mother slug. It was as big as the pan of beer that it was in. My mom also uses those stupid slug pellets but i don't let her use them around my turtles.

send them to me..i'll pay for them, if you can guarnatee they are pesticide free....i have many many semi-terrestrial turtles and slugs are a favorite food
i used to raise them when i lived back east but since i moved to Arizona i have been unable to get any

also be careful:
they do carry some diseases which can infect humans so wash your hands after touching slugs

and if you have the inclination, am serious about t wanting the slugs
contact me prvately if you will consider it.
