Andrew, ral, if you really don't believe Brodie lives in Oz, why don't you just look at his ip address. That little 'au' at the end stands for Australia.

Give the kid a break.

ral Aug 09, 2004 09:39 AM

Haha give em a break after he talks like hes crocodile dundee and calls me a wanker.

BrodieWilson Aug 09, 2004 09:50 AM

Mate,
Your living in a fantasy world. No Australians talk like crocodile Dundee.

hmmm, did you consider why I called you a wanker? After several abusive posts to quite a few members, your are just that and a whole lot more.

Thanks DK

And I will post some pictures of my kingorum and baritji, if you guys are interested.

Ya mate, I was. I could very possibly be a wankaa. What did you just pop out of the outback yesterday and get on a PC, mate. Ya know... havent seen ya around in this neck of da woods ever till last night? G-day mate

BrodieWilson Aug 09, 2004 10:24 AM

Hi,
No I do not live in the outback... I live in Darwin, which is a city. I have been browsing this forum for quite sometime now, and finally decided to sign up!

check me out now, check my ip, I'm in Korea

crocdoc2 Aug 09, 2004 09:16 PM

Your ip is just a number, I don't see any country code for Korea. Although this will still prove nothing (I happen to know that Brodie is in Australia), why not post with an ip that has the au country code to prove to us that this part could at least be faked.

vcreations Aug 09, 2004 12:34 PM

i was kind of messing around, kind of hoping to stop another stanp from exploding onto the forum. lociento.

ps: where does one get an ip sniffer?

andrew

crocdoc2 Aug 09, 2004 09:24 PM

Brodie is no stanp.

By the way, no need for an ip sniffer to check someone's ip on this forum.

For example, I can tell that you are on aol:

(blah blah).proxy.aol.com

This is me:

(blah blah).nsw.bigpond.net.au

This is Brodie:

(blah blah).dar.dialup.connect.net.au

The 'au' bit denotes Australia, the 'dar' bit Darwin.

Perhaps ral is right and this can be faked. I have no doubt that it can. In that case, maybe I'm not really in Australia, either. Want to buy some baby lace monitors?

vcreations Aug 09, 2004 10:48 PM

dude, computer moron. i still can't find it dk.

ps: while you're at it don't just send the lacies. i have a whole grocery list.

i will start it here:

albino shinglebacks
albino jungle carpets
banded lacie pair (know their not your favorite but sendum damnit)
52 kimberly rock monitors in high female ratios
3 pairs of albino king browns
12 mertens

whatever else you can send. i am paypaling you right now.

andrew

crocdoc2 Aug 10, 2004 12:41 AM

Ah, but I can't send you any of that stuff because I am faking being in Australia, remember? Those are all Australian animals. I do, however, have lace monitors.

You'd really want an albino mulga snake? Give me a St George mulga over an albino, any day! Sorry, not into morphs and mutants.

crocdoc2 Aug 10, 2004 12:43 AM

I'll give you a hint: view page source

varanid Aug 10, 2004 07:14 AM

Here's what that gets me.
I can't seem to make it view source on any of the names.
?? I'm not computer illiterate but I'm more biased towards hardware and XP functions than this sort of thing.

are you trying to view source from the name as posted on the forum or from within a post?

While you are reading this post, right click next to my name, choose 'view source' or 'view page source' (depending on whether you are a Microsoft or Motzilla user). You'll get a page of script. In there is the ip address.

Finding the ip address is easy if you use the 'find' function and look for the two words that always precede an ip address.

varanid Aug 11, 2004 03:47 AM

Thanks Which two words precede the ip adress though? I'm your man for hardware and some basic software issues, but anything internet...
I'm still figuring out which is more complicated, computers or lizards. And I'm still not sure.
Thanks for the help.

Hey Andrew,
Who gave you the key to the forum? Several of us know Brodie and have seen pictures of his animals. I know it's nothing new for you to act like a chump, but c'mon.
