The revisions are primarily intended to make it easier to read and find information you need. Additional helpful information has also been added. Please take the time to review and familarize yourself with this updated document.

If you have questions or concerns about these revisions, please submit them as outlined in the feedback section of the TOS. Since several discussion forums currently have assigned moderators - please do not expect nor demand that they answer your questions here as these folks are not at liberty to discuss site policies with members on the forums.
