Wierd looking toad

crtoon83 Aug 09, 2004 10:24 PM

To set the scene I live in Panama City, Florida. We have a house on a bayou, lots of clay dirt around the house. I have been told that toads change color by what color the dirt is, there has been one on our deck every night this past week, he is tannish/orange and has dark brown splotches all over his back and legs. doesnt move at all if you touch him or pick him up. doesnt care. is this just a normal toad around the orange clay, or is there something weird about this guy? i'll get a pic next time i see him.

The reason mainstream thought is thought of as a stream is because it's so shallow. -Unknown
