A federal magistrate last week dismissed the only charge brought so far. This is only round 1, but I thought I would post the news to all here at Kingsnake. It has also been brought to my attention that Utah Fish & Wildlife was served with a complaint last week by person/persons affected by Utah F&W's negligence. So far the government's star informant(Kerry Crowther) is not looking very good.
