I have a pair of Dh snow boas and they both have been cooled for the same amount of time. i put them together and the female is more then willing. where ever the male is she finds him and lifts her tail right in front of him. and he has done noting ho her. he shows no interest. what do i do to make him do the deed. i need the two to get together. all the temps and humidity levels are right. i have been misting them 3-4 times a day. what did i do. please help.

The female lifting her tail means she isn't ready. Its still early, you should have more luck in a few months.

Sometimes the threat of another male in the territory sparks interest in the males with the ladys.
But I do agree , you are trying a little too soon.
try putting them together in November through February.
