As we all know, your beliefs on captive husbandry can only be considered theoretical, as you have shown no results.
As a biologist, you understand that unproven, methods, thoughts and practices can only be considered theory, until results are shown, and has my partner mentioned, repeatable results are preferred.
So Please for the benefit of all of us, and to allow us to consider that indeed you are serious about helping us keepers and not mucking the place and discreding people. A good biologist should have no problem, showing the results of their theories.
Show us how multi-clutching is bad
Show us how litebulbs 24/7 that allow useable temperature ranges, are bad.
Show us in your experience how, your experience, pleas, how not using UV lites, is bad.
Please keep in mind, what good and bad means. Good means, benefitual, to both the keeper and monitors(as compared to normal) to show progress in our exsisting results
Bad is delerious, as compared to normal.
Please remember the context of these questions, this is a captive forum and about captive monitors.
Please understand, your views on wild monitors are wonderful and your welcome to them. But understand, as you have mentioned so many times, most here do not have access to wild monitors. Our access and our concern is our captives.
We are looking for and hopeing for, improvement in our day to day keeping of captive monitors, thank you and Please try to answer these common questions without trying to start a fight to fog the issues.
As you know, many of us have seen benefitual results with what you disagree with, so we are very interested in your results. If you do not show results, then please admit your only using theory. Also understand, there is nothing wrong with theory, but we as readers need to know what is theory and what is proven. Indeed knowing that would help in our comments and decisions.
