AFT temps

As far as i can tell the warm side should be at about 88-92 F and the cool side at 75-85 F, two things are bothering me with this, the cool side seems to have too large a range in temps, and i can not find anything about night-time temps. Should this be lowered? And if so what to? If the others are wrong tell me! Thanks for any help
