Where did you get it from? Was it a petstore or from a breeder. If from a breeder, I would first call them and find out what they were feeding it. He/she should be able to give you the specifics of what they were feeding that individual crested.
Eventually she will eat, just keep offering it up to her.....If you are going to use babyfood, just remember to keep the citrus ones away. You can also entice her with some crickets. If that does not do the trick, please let us know. Hopefully, you can get in touch with the person that sold you the gecko to get a definitive answer.
Stress of transportation to/fro can be related to it also, but I have not had a problem with a crested not eatting crickets after a move, so if all else fails....get some medium sized crickets.

I bought her from a breeder, however he is out of town for the daytona show. I did contact him though and he said she ate crickets twice a week and fruit once a week, I tried baby food and peaches, she ate a little of each, but only hand fed.
I am going to get her some crickets and try some more.
Crested geckos don't eat every night. Typically you can feed babyfood 2 a week, crickets 3 times a week would be fine. My crested gecko never ate every day, crickets, baby food or crested gecko diet. But, he would eat pretty much every other day of one or the other, sometimes both. ALso keep in mind if your crested gecko is a juvenile, you may not even notice if he ate anything from the leftovers. they don't need much to fill up at that young age.
yah mines a piglet when it comes to insects he's afraid of me but will chase me down for crix and mealworms. and they barely dent the babyfood, its very hard to tell if they've eaten any at all, also someone mentioned that they need very little to obtain the proper amount of nutrion from fruit
I never heard of feeding mealworms to Cresteds, just crickets and baby fruit. Is it okay and do they like them?
The gecko is an adult, I am giving her gut loaded crickets tonight.
