for people who keep outdoor chameleons, what do you do when mother nature isn't co-operating? Do you leave your chams outside when it rains for three days late, or there are really high winds? I mean, every where has storms . And what about when it is incredibly hot? We just spend alot of time making sure the temperatures are just right and the humidity is at a certain level, outside isn't like that at all. One day is alot different from the next. So, just curious about how it is done.

Chams in the wild face these things too, so the key is to provide micro climates in a large cage. Plant a LOT of vegetation so there are retreats that are more climatically stable. You can cover part of the cage with a tarp to protect from hard rain or wind, use shade cloth and lots of spraying during hot weather, or if the weather problem lasts for more than a couple of days bring them inside.
