I let mine relax for 1 week in his new environment ( he was a baby), then I tried to feed him and he wouldn't eat. So I left a hopper with him in his feed box overnight. When I woke up, the mouse was gone! Tada! He's eaten every 5-10 days since, no problem. I buy live and kill it right before feeding.
